When you submit an enquiry we collect the information you provide: your name, company (if given), email address, phone number, project address, project type, your message, and any files you choose to upload (such as photos or plans).

We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to help tell humans and bots apart. This may process limited technical information (such as your IP address) for security purposes.

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, provide the engineering services you ask about, and communicate with you about your project. We send you an automatic acknowledgement and an internal notification reaches our team.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.

Files you upload are stored in a private, access-controlled cloud storage bucket. They are not published on this website. Internal links to your files are short-lived and expire automatically.

Enquiry details are stored in a secured database. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We retain enquiry information only for as long as needed to assist you and to meet our legal and professional obligations.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, subject to our record-keeping obligations. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
